| Basted Turkey with Sea Salt Butter |
| Ingredients |

- 1 basket of Vermont Cultured Butter with Sea Salt Crystals
- double the butter
- 1/2 cup mixed chopped herbs (thyme, rosemary, parsley)
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 TBSP lemon zest |

| Directions |

Combine all the ingredients together. Gently pull away the skin on the poultry breast and stuff 2/3's of the butter mix under the skin and flatten with your hands.
Melt the rest of the butter mix in a pan, rush the poultry and put in the oven. Bake according to directions basting every 1/2 hours with the juice.
